Steve Dinsdale | CFO
Steve is a chartered accountant with over 30 years of experience in senior finance roles in the mining and energy sectors. Following accounting and senior analyst roles over 20 years mainly at KPMG, BHP and Origin Energy, Steve joined Mark at EDL. Over his 11 years at EDL, Steve had the roles of Corporate Finance Manager, Commercial Manager and Group Financial Controller. Steve was heavily involved across the business internationally in project development, acquisitions, debt and equity financing and reporting. Steve was semi-retired, but joined the Helmont team to help decarbonise the Australian economy, a vision and goal he strongly believes in.
