Casino Biohub Project
The Casino Biohub project will be assessed under a State Significant Development (SSD) application under Part 4, Division 4.7 of the NSW Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 (EP&A Act).
This requires an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) which is currently underway. This is expected to go on exhibition for public comment in late 2023
